SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At Sugamya Bharat, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe, and inexpensive manner. We deliver both within India and outside India.
For domestic orders (delivery within India), we offer courier service only. Delivery will happen within 7 working days from the day we receive the order. Any time delay will be informed to the buyer before they confirm the order.
For international orders (outside India), shipping charges will be extra and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines for international shipments may vary depending on the destination and courier service used.
Taxes
For domestic orders:
The cost of the product covers all the taxes*.
Shipping will be free on the shopping of INR 1000 / – of products only*.
Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns
Cancellations will be accepted if the order has not been shipped from our end. Before you return a Sugamya Bharat product, please read below our exchange and return policies of any item.
Exchange and Return Policy for Orders Within India
On approval for the exchange or return, the customer will be asked to send the goods (in their original form) back to Sugamya Bharat. Sugamya Bharat will arrange return delivery.
After receiving the goods back, the customer will get an email from Sugamya Bharat approving the exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 10-15 working days. The customer can also be asked for savings bank account details in case the order was placed by cash on delivery. The customer also has the option to put the refund amount in Sugamya Bharat wallet; money in Sugamya Bharat wallet can be used to make purchases in the future on Sugamya Bharat.
